Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Starblaze.ai Pty Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers starblaze.ai only. Products operated by other companies have their own policies.
What we collect
This site has one form: the contact form on the home page. If you use it, we collect the name, email address and message you type into it. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Our hosting provider also records standard technical information about requests to the site — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and the time — in server logs. This is ordinary web-server logging, used to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
No cookies, no tracking. This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts, and it does not store anything in your browser.
How we use it
We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Who else sees it
Two service providers necessarily handle data on our behalf:
Vercel
Hosts this website and serves it to your browser. Vercel processes requests to the site and keeps the server logs described above.
Resend
Delivers contact-form submissions to us as email. The name, email address and message you submit pass through Resend on their way to our inbox.
Both are used only to provide these functions. Beyond them, we disclose personal information only where we are required to by law.
These providers operate infrastructure outside Australia, so information submitted through this site may be processed overseas.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages arrive as email and stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful — typically while we are dealing with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then discarded.
If you would like your message and details deleted, email us and we will do it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — we would rather fix it. If you are still unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Security and changes
We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. If we do, we will change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
